Total Session Duration 14 hours Full Day (Not including Bank Holiday's) Please be advised that a full 16 hours provides you with time to set up allowing your special day to run smoothly. It also provides you with enough time to run your event smoothly. We recommend you get the full day if you are preparing the hall for a sit-down meal. There is a different capacity amount for groups based on the type of event you are having. We are happy to advise so please contact us for any clarification. The outside area is included. This allows access to a covered area while in the main hall. You must agree to closing access to area at 11pm. Smoking is not allowed on premises and guest must go off site to smoke. This outside space is not permitted for access after 10pm. Should you need the hall, tables and chairs decorating we can link you to a service which will provide the best cost for hall decoration, with a variety of colours to meet your event needs. MAV UK Hall provides a family-friendly atmosphere in which service users access low-cost space for hire. We ensure access for local and the extended community. All users must support the ethos of improving our community. MAV generates an income through hall hire. The income is then reinvested in the project and building.

Hall hire/Hall booking/Venue hire Half day session is available only on Monday's, Thursday`s Friday's. Not available on Tuesdays, Wednesday`s and Saturday's. The half day session is often used for late afternoon meetings and on Friday for large groups. It is also commonly booked to provide additional time for party events or community group meetings. Please be advised there is a different capacity amount, based on the type of event you are having. We are happy to advise so please contact us for any clarification. It is used by a large selection of community groups and is often booked with Session 2 for party events.
